On Friday, Fellowship Academy had to suffer through a rough 66-19 loss at the hands of Lucas Christian Academy.
Leading Lucas Christian Academy to victory were Rylee Holman and Rylan Goss. Holman threw for 219 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 88.2% of his passes, while Goss gained 160 total yards and six touchdowns. Blaise Simmons was another key contributor, gaining 84 total yards and a touchdown.
Fellowship Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Lucas Christian Academy, their victory was their ninth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which bumped their overall record up to 6-2.
Fellowship Academy will play host again and welcome Ovilla Christian, where Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ovilla Christian is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. As for Lucas Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Cornerstone Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cornerstone Christian Academy will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each match than the last.
