Delaware Valley Friends suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Wednesday. They suffered a tough 57-33 loss at the hands of Mercy Career & Technical. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Delaware Valley Friends has scored all season.
Delaware Valley Friends' defeat came about despite a quality game from Alec George, who scored 12 points along with four steals and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Brandon Thomas, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Pine Forge Academy and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Delaware Valley Friends, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-3.
