The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Luke Duer, who scored six points. Another player making a difference was Quinn Ames, who scored two points along with three blocks.
Meanwhile, Greenbrier Christian Academy pushed their score all the way to 60 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Denbigh Baptist Christian 64-60. Greenbrier Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Broadwater Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Greenbrier Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.
Broadwater Academy came up short against Greenbrier Christian Academy when the teams last played back in February of 2023, falling 48-42. Can Broadwater Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
