Colton's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 58 points in the first half. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse came up with 6 to make it 58-6 heading into the break. The Colton defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the contest. The win got them back to even at 1-1. The defeat dropped St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse's record to 0-2.
Next week Colton take on Pomeroy at 7:00 PM. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse will stay at home against Garfield-Palouse at 7:00 PM.
