 In other batting news,  Presley Harrison and  Bella Gibb did most of the damage at the plate:  Harrison  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3, while  Gibb  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 1-for-1. Another player making a difference was  Taylor Gardener, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-3.
 St. Mary's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for North Raleigh Christian Academy, the  victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-2.
 St. Mary's does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Raleigh Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ravenscroft at 4:15  p.m.  on Thursday. One thing working in North Raleigh Christian Academy's favor is that they have posted big  run totals  in their last three games.
