The Trinity Collegiate Titans won against the Northwood Academy Chargers on Tuesday with 74 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Trinity Collegiate breezed by Northwood Academy on the road to the tune of 74-32. With Trinity Collegiate ahead 29-9 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Trinity Collegiate's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Evan Williams, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of James Herbert, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 10 rebounds.
The victory makes it two in a row for Trinity Collegiate and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Northwood Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Collegiate will take on Atlantic Collegiate Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Atlantic Collegiate Academy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Trinity Collegiate in South Carolina (Atlantic Collegiate Academy is ranked third, while Trinity Collegiate is ranked 99th). As for Northwood Academy, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Ben Lippen at 7:30 p.m. on December 5th. Ben Lippen is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
