We've got a battle between Bulldogs coming up. Hamilton took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Brady, who comes in off a win.
Brady took a loss when they played away from home last Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They had just enough and edged Miles out 14-13. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Brady considering their two-run performance the match before.
Layla Virdell made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and ten unearned) runs off nine hits. Virdell was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two RBI.

Meanwhile, Hamilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Rio Vista, falling 10-3.
Ashley Mann was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-1. Lanie Boatwright also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
Brady's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-1. As for Hamilton, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
