The Skyline Falcons can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They secured a 71-65 W over Frederick. The victory was just what Skyline needed coming off of a 77-47 defeat in their prior contest.
Talan Starcevich continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 27 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Andy Erives, who scored 12 points along with six steals.
Skyline's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Frederick, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
Skyline will head out on the road to square off against Mountain View at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Mountain View focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 last Thursday. As for Frederick, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Thompson Valley at 7:00 p.m. Thompson Valley is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
