Harding County is 10-0 against Bison since February of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. Harding County can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Tiospaye Topa 85-46 at home. Harding County's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Harding County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brayden Padden, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 16 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Padden has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kelsi Costello, who scored 18 points along with six steals and five assists.
Meanwhile, Bison had to suffer through a rough 70-41 loss at the hands of Wakpala.
Harding County's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-0. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 40.3 points. As for Bison, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Harding County against Bison in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 66-22 victory. Does Harding County have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bison turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
