After flying high against Nevada  last Thursday, Summit Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Summit Christian Academy Eagles fell  3-1 to the Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the  2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in September of 2020.
 Pleasant Hill can attribute much of their success to  Izzy Kietzmann, who  had ten  digs and two  aces. Kietzmann has been hot , having  posted ten or more  digs the last five times she's  played.
 Summit Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 20-13-1. As for Pleasant Hill, the  victory was  the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 25-7.
 As of now, neither Summit Christian Academy nor Pleasant Hill have any future games scheduled.
