The Summit Classical Christian School Archers will challenge the Sound Christian Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Summit Classical Christian School sitting on nine straight victories and Sound Christian on three.
Last Tuesday, Summit Classical Christian School took their match with ease, bagging a 95-37 win over Quilcene. The Archers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 28 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Summit Classical Christian School to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jake Gledhill, who went 9 of 10 on his way to 25 points in addition to six assists and five rebounds. Gledhill's evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Trey Hodo, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten assists.
Summit Classical Christian School smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in nine consecutive games.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Sound Christian challenged Crosspoint Christian on Thursday. Sound Christian enjoyed a cozy 74-58 victory over Crosspoint Christian. The Lions pushed the score to 64-37 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wildcats cut but never quite recovered from.
Summit Classical Christian School better focus on containing Makai Resseau and Kona Resseau as the pair were huge in Sound Christian's win. Makai posted 16 points along with six boards and six steals, while Kona had 18 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Makai a new career-high in steals. Avan Greenwood was another key player, putting up nine points and six rebounds.
Summit Classical Christian School's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 41.3 points. As for Sound Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.
Summit Classical Christian School ended up a good deal behind Sound Christian in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, losing 71-52.
