Immanuel Christian waltzed into their contest  on Monday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Mojave Mustangs  a   16-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  15-2  back in April.
 Abigail Barham made a big impact no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  earning one  RBI and two  runs.
 In other batting news,  Chloe Loughlin and  Ava Blakie did most of the damage at the plate:  Loughlin  went 1-for-4 with four  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI, while  Blakie  went 2-for-4 with one  home run and two  runs. That's the most  runs  Loughlin has posted since back in February.  Holly Cosner was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with two  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.
Immanuel Christian's victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 21-5.
