Jay lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Milton, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's game. Jay was the clear victor by a 14-7 margin over Milton on Tuesday. The Royals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by seven runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Hayden Morris, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run and three runs. Jay is undefeated when Morris posts two or more runs, but 5-7 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Nick Baxley, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4.

Jay's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-7. As for Milton, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.

Looking ahead, Jay will square off against Walton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Milton, they will challenge Pace at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pace will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Milton surely won't give up without a fight.
