On Wednesday, the Fairless Falcons's game was all tied up 19-19 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Alliance 43-41. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Fairless also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2022.
Fairless was led to victory by Ella Wade and Zoey Steele. Wade scored 10 points, while Steele scored 11 points. Another player making a difference was Jaileigh Price, who scored 6 points.
Fairless' win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Alliance, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Fairless will be playing at home against Manchester at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Alliance, they will head out on the road to face off against GlenOak at 1:15 p.m. on Friday.
