Linganore was led to victory by Dylan Hodgson and Christian Petruzzello. Hodgson dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds, while Petruzzello dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. The contest was Petruzzello's third in a row with at least ten points. Tommy Walsh was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds.
Linganore now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Tuscarora, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
Linganore will head out on the road to face off against North Hagerstown at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tuscarora, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Governor Thomas Johnson at 7:00 p.m. Governor Thomas Johnson presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Tuscarora in Maryland (Governor Thomas Johnson is ranked 61st, while Tuscarora is ranked 224th).
