Saraland had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the Theodore Bobcats get on the board and left with an 18-0 win on Monday. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 games by six runs or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Saraland, bringing their record up to 28-10-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Theodore, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.
