They lost to Parkway Christian at home by a decisive 52-38 margin on Tuesday. Novi Christian Academy has struggled against Parkway Christian recently, as their match on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Parkway Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Tyler Powers out in front who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds. Powers has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times he's played. Nathaniel Harrison-lizbinski was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
Novi Christian Academy's defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-5. As for Parkway Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season.
