After flying high against the Dadeville Tigers last Thursday, the Beulah Bobcats came back down to earth. Beulah received a tough blow on Friday as they fell 55-38 to Reeltown. If Beulah hoped to take revenge for the 59-22 loss against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
London O'Neal was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 24 points and 13 rebounds for Reeltown. As a matter of fact, that's the most points O'Neal has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Chizyiah Riley, who scored six points along with ten rebounds and two steals.
Beulah bumped their record down to 4-8 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Reeltown, their win bumped their record up to 1-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beulah will take on Wadley at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Reeltown, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lanett at 5:00 p.m.
