The Excel Panthers had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Southern Choctaw, posting a 42-6 victory on the road. Considering Excel has won three matches by more than 22 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Excel's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Southern Choctaw, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 4-6.
Excel does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Southern Choctaw will head out on the road to face off against Loachapoka at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Loachapoka will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.
