Ralston got a massive performance out of Tatum Farrell, who went 3-for-3 with a home run, five RBI, and a double. The dominant performance gave Farrell a new career-high in hits. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddie Ochsner, who went 3-for-4 with two triples, three runs, and three RBI.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Ralston always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .694. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Duchesne/Roncalli only posted an OBP of .348.
Mercy has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 12 of their last 15 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season. As for Ralston, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-5.
