The Concord Academy Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fifth straight loss. They fell 76-63 to Salisbury. Despite running the score up even higher than they did on Friday (59), Concord Academy still had to take the loss.
When it comes to explaining why Concord Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Sean Birmingham. Another player making a difference was Jake Benham, who scored 12 points.
It was another big night for Jayden ?Juke? Harris, who scored 27 points along with six rebounds for Salisbury. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which Harris has scored at least 25% of Salisbury's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hank Webb, who scored 14 points.

Concord Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face Olympia at 1:00 p.m. on December 28, 2023. Salisbury and East Rowan will round out the year against one another at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at. Allowing an average of 50 points per game, East Rowan has struggled on the defensive end, but that doesn't have to be the case in this match.
