A well-balanced attack led North Monterey County over Seaside in every quarter on their way to victory on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Condors blew the Spartans out of the water with a 46-0 final score. The Condors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 27 points or more this season.

North Monterey County didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Crystal Derrer.

North Monterey County is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 5.4 points on average over those games. As for Seaside, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Monterey County will square off against Soledad at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Aztecs' defense has only allowed 11.1 points per game this season, so the Condors' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Seaside, they will face off against Everett Alvarez at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
