While Lucas Arbelaez delivered a dominant effort on Tuesday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Charlottesville. Arbelaez produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Arbelaez and Charlottesville are taking a road trip to challenge Staunton at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Sadly, Arbelaez's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Black Knights' four-game streak of wins at home.
