Kyle Jensen made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
In other batting news, Monarch got a massive performance out of Robert Brown, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two triples, three runs, and four RBI. Those four RBI gave Brown a new career-high.
