Dulaney got themselves on the board against Maryvale Prep on Monday, but Maryvale Prep never followed suit. They blew past Maryvale Prep 12-0. Considering the Lions have won four matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Chloe Renaldo was a standout: she scored two runs while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Avery Remeto, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

Dulaney always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .588. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Dulaney pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Maryvale Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Coming up, Dulaney will face off against Towson on Tuesday. As for Maryvale Prep, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Roland Park Country at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games Roland Park Country has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
