Buffalo Seminary was down 50-24 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Several Red-Tailed Hawks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Roslyn Osei-Gymafi, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maya Reynolds, who scored ten points.
Buffalo Seminary's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-8. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 28.4 points per game. As for Mount St. Mary Academy, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.
Buffalo Seminary will be playing at home against the Thunderhawks at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mount St. Mary Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge the Warhawks at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. West Seneca West will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
