Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Yerington). They blew past the Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons 52-32 on Wednesday. Leading Yerington to victory were Laney Triplett and Saydee Whistler. Triplett posted 19 points in addition to eight boards and five steals, while Whistler put up 16 points and eight rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Triplett has scored at least a third of Yerington's points. Another player making a difference was Cierra Johnson, who had six points.
