C Morden gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in February on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out 11 batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Morden's strong effort led Dutch Fork over Lexington and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
