 At the plate, Clearwater's win was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Kabella Corning, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.  Juleah Patterson also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  triple of the season.
 Clearwater  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Inspiration Academy struck out seven times.
 Riverview Sarasota's victory was  their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 8-0. As for Clearwater, their record is now 6-3.
