The Antioch Christian Academy Gators put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They really took it to Mintz Christian Academy for the full four quarters, racking up a 49-17 victory at home. Fans of Antioch Christian Academy have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season ended as a blowout.
Antioch Christian Academy was led to victory by Jessa Oxendine and Hayden Larrimore. Oxendine scored 23 points along with four steals, while Larrimore dropped a double-double on 22 points and 17 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Larrimore has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jennings Barkley, who scored two points along with three steals.
Antioch Christian Academy pushed their record up to 4-0 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Mintz Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
