It was a proper cat-fight when Weaver took on Wellborn on Tuesday. The Bearcats came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 6-3. This was payback for the Bearcats, who suffered a 16-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

Weaver's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-19. As for Wellborn, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-14.
