Westlake Charter found their leader in underclassman Quinones Fleeton, who scored 29 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Brian Ash, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 15 rebounds.
The victory got Westlake Charter back to even at 8-8. As for John Adams Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 8-8.
