The Lansingburgh Knights will take on the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Ravens at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lansingburgh is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.
Lansingburgh's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top against Taconic Hills by a score of 3-0. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
The result came thanks to Guiliana Patregnani's shutout, as she gave up just two hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Kyleigh Wilmott was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Anna Patregnani, who went 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk didn't have quite enough to beat Mohonasen on Thursday and fell 5-4. The Ravens haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mackenzie Cross, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double. Autumn Lischak also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.
Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Lansingburgh has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .485. It's a different story for Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk, though, as they've only averaged .360. Will they be able to contain Lansingburgh's hitters?
Lansingburgh was able to grind out a solid win over Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk in their previous matchup back in April, winning 6-2. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Ravens have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
