This season hasn't been kind to the Grant Generals, who are still winless after their 19th match. They were outmatched by Charles Page on the road and fell 77-23. Deke Thompson was his usual excellent self, scoring 20 points for Charles Page. Another player making a difference was Kason Evans, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and two blocks.
Grant's defeat was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Charles Page, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-6.
Grant will head out on the road to take on the Plainsmen at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Enid is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. As for Charles Page, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Redhawks at 8:00 p.m. Union is coming into the match hot, having won their last 11 games.
