Schenectady suffered their biggest loss since December 8, 2023 on Friday. They took a serious blow against Colonie Central, falling 66-29. Schenectady was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-12.
Albany's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points per game. As for Schenectady, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10.
Everything came up roses for Albany against Schenectady in their previous meeting back in January of 2023 as the team secured a 69-33 victory. With Albany ahead 41-19 at the half, the game was all but over already.
