The Greenhills Gryphons will head out on the road to face off against the Lutheran North Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Greenhills is looking to tack on another W to their five-game streak on the road.
Even though Divine Child scored an imposing 58 points on Tuesday, Greenhills still came out on top. Greenhills walked away with a 70-58 victory over Divine Child. That's two games straight that Greenhills has won by exactly 12 points.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Lutheran North, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 65-46 loss to Loyola on Tuesday.
Despite the loss, Lutheran North got a solid performance out of Joshua Brown, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and five blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Monroe, who scored eight points along with two steals.
Greenhills has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Lutheran North, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
