Oglesby won the last time they faced Holy Trinity Catholic and things went their way on Thursday too. The Tigers came out on top against the Celtics by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Oglesby took both sets by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-14.

Zarah Wisehart paced Oglesby's offense, picking up nine kills. Wisehart got some help from Scarlet Aaron and her 18 assists. Aaron was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Oglesby's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Holy Trinity Catholic, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Oglesby has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Holland on the 21st. As for Holy Trinity Catholic, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Summit Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on October 2.
