The Windsor Locks Raiders put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against Suffield by a score of 66-59. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Sincere Monroe was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points along with six assists. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Windsor Locks' points. Kyle Hinckley was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Windsor Locks' win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. As for Suffield, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Windsor Locks will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against St. Paul Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Suffield's road trip will continue as they head out to face Wamogo Regional at 5:00 p.m. on December 28th.
