Harrison put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 14-2 margin over the Huntington North Vikings. That's more bragging rights for the Raiders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Harrison got a great performance from Lyrik Neal as he tossed five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits.

At the plate, Jack Gonzalez was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Nathan Prough, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-2.

Harrison kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits every time they've taken the field this season.

Harrison's record now sits at 3-0. As for Huntington North, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Harrison will be playing in front of their home fans against Chesterton at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Raiders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Trojans have averaged an impressive 9 runs per game this season. As for Huntington North, they will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against McCutcheon at 11:00 a.m.
