Boerne took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Stevens Falcons as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Greyhounds have beaten the Falcons the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Falcons has come to flipping the script.

While Boerne won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 27-25, 25-21.

Haley Wheeler was the offensive standout of the match as she had 14 digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, Boerne will challenge O'Connor at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Stevens, they will take on Rivera in a tournament on Thursday.
