Lincoln won the last time they faced Gilmer County and things went their way on Monday too. The Cougars walked away with a 9-4 win over the Titans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Gilmer County, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 14-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln will square off against Lewis County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Minutemen have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.31 runs per game on average), something the Cougars will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Gilmer County, they will host South Harrison at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
