Mangum got themselves on the board against Mooreland on Friday, but Mooreland never followed suit. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bearcats 50-0. Mangum didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Diego Telles. Another thorn in Mooreland's side was Krae Manney, who picked up a sack and made 12 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
The victory keeps Mangum at an undefeated 6-0. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.8 points on average this season. As for Mooreland, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
