After a string of three wins, Westlake's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They lost 11-4 to the Pitkin Tigers. The Rams were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in March of 2023.

Westlake's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Pitkin, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 4-9 record.

Looking ahead, Westlake will welcome Midland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Midland is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.7 runs per game this season. As for Pitkin, they will head out to take on South Beauregard at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
