Matt Long was excellent, going 2-for-3 with a triple, two RBI, and a double. Another player making a difference was Caden Green, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and a triple.
On East Allegheny's side, Michael Cahill was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Cahill has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive pitching appearances. Cahill was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-1.
