The Clover Blue Eagles had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 49.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past Lancaster 60-35. Given Clover's advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 29th, while Lancaster is ranked 140th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Among those leading the charge was Karis Alexander, who scored 20 points along with 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Taylor, who scored 3 points along with 9 steals and 6 assists.

Clover's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Lancaster, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
