Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Deep Creek Hornets, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They took a 17-12 hit to the loss column at the hands of Green Run. Having soared to a lofty 44 points in the game before, Deep Creek couldn't push the score so high this time.
Deep Creek now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Green Run, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.
Deep Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Green Run will be staying on the road on November 18th to face off against Salem. Salem will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
