Basketball Recap: Make It Two in a Row for Locust Fork

Vinemont came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against Locust Fork, but Levi White wouldn't allow it. The Locust Fork Hornets enjoyed a cozy 74-59 victory over the Vinemont Eagles on Tuesday thanks in part to White, who almost dropped a triple-double on 19 points, nine boards, and nine assists. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points.

Jordan Moon was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in assists (three).

The win made it two in a row for Locust Fork and bumps their season record up to 7-1. As for Vinemont, they dropped their record down to 3-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Locust Fork wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, an 81-61 victory against Pennington on the 17th. As for Vinemont, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 46-38 loss against Hanceville on the 13th.
