The Desert Hills Thunder had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They walked away with a 72-61 win over Crimson Cliffs. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points per game. As for Crimson Cliffs, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Desert Hills will take on Dixie at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Dixie knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 15 matches -- so hopefully Desert Hills likes a good challenge. Crimson Cliffs is facing Hurricane at the right time seeing as Hurricane is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
