On Tuesday, Marshall Christian Academy earned a 37-30 win over Maud. The win made it back-to-back wins for Marshall Christian Academy.
Marshall Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Macy Hester, who scored 11 points. Lexie Morgan was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Despite the defeat, Maud saw an underclassman step up: Mallorie Bishop scored 19 points. The matchup was Bishop's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bayla White, who scored five points.
Marshall Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Maud, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.
Marshall Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Bowie at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Maud will be home for the holidays to greet New Diana at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. New Diana is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
