Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for South Haven Christian

South Haven Christian came tearing into Monday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Clarksville Christian Centurions by a score of 68-56. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-30 back in December of 2024.

South Haven Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Aaron Taylor led the charge by going 7 of 13 en route to 15 points and six steals. Those six steals gave Taylor a new career-high. Trevor Steinbrook was another key player, putting up 20 points.

South Haven Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive rebounds in three consecutive matchups.

South Haven Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Clarksville Christian, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
